Dr. Taranjit Singh Vij is an Associate Professor of Management specializing in Marketing and HR. With over 12 years of teaching experience, he has developed a unique teaching philosophy that emphasizes practical approaches and careful organization of teaching material to encourage student participation. He has taught graduate, post-graduate and PhD classes and is known for his simple and lucid teaching style that easily connects with students. Dr. Vij has a Doctorate in Business Studies from the School of Management Studies, Punjabi University Patiala, completed in 2017. He also holds an MBA with first-class distinction from SASIIT & R Mohali and an MA in English from LPU, both in Punjab. He has completed several diploma courses, including PGDCA and PGDJMC. Dr. Vij has attended over 12 conferences and summits and has 14 publications in reputed international journals. He has also published three case studies on various business entities in the bakery, education, and consumer behavior sectors. His area of interest in research includes marketing, consumer behavior, exports, IT & ITES. He is a member of reputed professional organizations and has chaired sessions at international conferences and served as a keynote speaker. Dr. Vij has previously worked at reputed organizations such as Punjab Business School, Fatehgarh Sahib, BGIMT, Sangrur, Chandigarh University, Mohali, and GNA University, Phagwara. Currently, he is working as an Associate Professor in Management at RIMT University, Mandi Gobindgarh, Punjab, India. He is skilled in teaching, guiding, mentoring, case writing, research, publications, curriculum development, public speaking, and mentoring. Apart from his teaching responsibilities, Dr. Vij is the Marketing Domain Head and Marketing Club Coordinator at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Landran, Punjab. He has also served as a research supervisor, PhD course work class teacher, and BTEC Pearson Unit Assessor at various organizations. Dr. Vij's education history includes a PhD in Business, Management, and Marketing from Punjabi University and a Master's degree in English Literature from Lovely Professional University. He also holds a PGDCA and PGDJMC from PTU and Vinayak Mission University, respectively, and a BA in English Hons from Punjabi University.
